i loved my stay at marriott! the location is perfect and so close to many great restaurants. the bed in my king room concierge level was the most comfortable i've ever slept in. the staff was incredibly friendly, and they even fulfilled my request for a top-level floor. enjoy the outdoor pool and gym during your visit.

We had a fantastic time at the pool, which provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel’s close proximity to the city center made it easy for us to enjoy local dining and shopping. My two girls especially loved the friendly atmosphere, and we even spent an afternoon biking nearby.

My wife says that the hotel could improve by having activities tailored for kids during the weekends.

The HVAC system needs attention. my room was noticeably hot, making it hard to sleep comfortably. The lack of housekeeping services for extended stays was frustrating, with rooms left uncleaned for too long. Sometimes, the noise from other guests could be heard, which was slightly disruptive when trying to rest. Additionally, the absence of microwaves in the room made it inconvenient for warming up food.

The concierge lounge benefits made our mornings enjoyable, and the friendly staff, especially Jay, created a memorable atmosphere during our stay. Their personal attention truly made a difference.

The staff is exceptionally warm and accommodating, notably during breakfast at the M Club, where the variety included an omelet station and fresh fruits. The rooms are spacious, with ample counter space and a large shower that enhanced my overall experience.

I loved my stay due to the excellent access to nearby parks like Sylvan Lake Park just 4 km away, perfect for my city strolls, and the fantastic selection of eateries, including Moe's Southwest Grill just a few steps away, making dining so convenient. The location was fantastic, with everything you could ask for right within the complex! My King Room Concierge Level was an absolute dream-beyond comfy beds and a spacious vibe. The complimentary breakfast was not just good. It was an epic spread
